Our Mission

Abueluna is a community-driven initiative dedicated to empowering women, preserving cultural heritage, and fostering collective healing. Rooted in ancestral wisdom, we create immersive experiences that blend storytelling, art, and activism to inspire transformation and connection.

We believe that by honoring traditions and uplifting marginalized voices, we can cultivate meaningful change. Through cultural gatherings, workshops, and collaborative projects, Abueluna seeks to:

  • Elevate women’s leadership in community-building and creative activism.

  • Preserve and share Indigenous knowledge and heritage through intergenerational dialogue.

  • Foster sustainable and inclusive spaces for healing, education, and empowerment.

  • Bridge art, social justice, and environmental consciousness to reimagine a regenerative future.

By uniting creativity, activism, and tradition, we invite individuals to co-create a world where culture, community, and empowerment thrive in harmony.

Join us in weaving a new narrative—one that honors the past while shaping a more just and connected future.

Multi-Sensory Holistic Experiences

After many years of being in the event production world, we’ve created a formula for our ideal events, and we’re here to offer them to you.

We curate lighthouses of connection, play and growth through experience design. Events are structured in a ritual format and may include movement, dance, spoken word, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, panels, tarot, workshops, vendors nourishing food and drinks.

  • Everyone is welcome to join us! Events are hosted and facilitated by women but are open to all.
    We have payment options available.

  • We currently host pop-up events at various locations throughout California, including San Francisco, LA and Tahoe. We often hold online classes and livestream from events as well. Head to the Upcoming Experiences page to learn more.

  • Wear what you feel like your best self in.

For events that include movement, wear breathable, moveable clothes and shoes.
